Description

Line Saver. This prevents the leader from chafing on the lure. This may save you from losing everything in a long and hard fight with a Big Fish. It is inserted in the Lure tubing and the leader is inserted in the Line Saver. Every lure I have sold had a piece of Line Saver installed before it was mailed out. I have used up to 400 pound Leader in this Line Saver. Lure Heads not included. 6/26/08 I will be bringing in Line Saver instead of buying Wholesale. This price landed to you is about what you would pay ($0.85 a foot) if you were to walk into a fishing supply store and buy it in Hawaii. 9/13/2018 I updated the Photo with what I have been sending the line saver out with. Lure head not included. I include 3 feet of 5/32" Chafe Tubing which is used as a spacer tubing to lower the hook in the lure. Heat the spacer tubing to straighten, then measure and cut how much you want your hook lowered. Install on the leader (between the hook crimp and lure head). I also include 3 feet of 1/8" Chafe Tubing with the flaring jig. Heat the end and insert the flaring jig. Slide through lure and cut at desired length out of the lure. No Waste. 4/4/2022. Sorry. The top loop is 100 pound test but the line saver kinks a little. The second one down is 200 pound test. The third one down is 300 pound test. The bottom one is 400 pound test.
